In one of the episodes of OLTL, Tina Clayton Lord Buchanan Roberts…..whatever her name was at the time, fell over the Iguazu Falls. There was something soooo exciting and inviting about those falls that ever since I was 12, I needed to see in person. Almost 20 years later, I saw those falls and marveled at the glorious view. The sound permeated throughout my eardrums as if I didn't wear hearing aids. I was captivated by the sight and sound in such a way that I found myself moved to tears. It was amazing.
Dreams are a magnificent part of being who we are. They enable us to think beyond the here and the now. But many people don’t believe that they can come true. I’m here to tell you that they do. They just might not happen when you want them to. I dreamed that I would see the Iguazu Falls and I did. I also dreamed that I would finish my book and I did. I dreamed that I would be able to sit on a balcony in Mexico and simply write as I overlook the water. Today, that dream has been realized! I’m a believer!!!! One of the dreams that continues to linger in my heart is having my memoirs published and heralded by many. I know it will happen. I can taste it!!
So, this beautiful morning as I sit writing this blog, I encourage you to dream. Dream the dreams you always thought of. Dream the dreams that dreams are made of. Dream my friends, dream!! HAPPY SUNDAY!!!
